The pool area was marred by loud, intoxicated patrons from 10am to 10pm!!! Room cleanliness was lacking, with stained sheets and strange smells from drains not being addressed efficiently!!!

Great pools but some noise issues
The kind-hearted staff made every effort to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always ready with a smile. The breakfast spread offered a delightful assortment, catering to various tastes. I enjoyed leisurely afternoons by the two sparkling pools, which provided a refreshing escape from the Bali heat.
The party atmosphere can create disturbances, especially at night. The pool area often felt too noisy with intoxicated guests, which impacted relaxation. I noticed some maintenance issues with the bathrooms that need attention, as well as a lack of sufficient pool towels.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room for 8 nights. The room was huge and very clean. It had some cool amenities like a kettle and coffee/tea options. The location was bomb—close to all the shops and just a short walk to the beach! The bathroom was decent, but could've been a bit cleaner. comfy enough but make sure you're not a light sleeper. sometimes the noise from the bar nearby got a bit much.

Kuta vibes 🏝️
The pool area is lekker for chilling, and the staff were nice—always ready to help. Really enjoyed the brekkie, had a decent variety, kept things fresh each day. Awesome location, just a short walk to the beach and loads of bars around.
The bathrooms could use some sprucing up, felt a bit neglected.

The Barong is like a fun theme park for grown-ups!
